Delete your PropMogul account.
Your data is yours. Here’s how to remove it.
Two ways to delete
In the app (fastest)
Sign in, go to Profile → Delete account, and follow the steps. Your account is deleted straight away.
With this form
Can’t sign in? Send us a request below, and we’ll verify it and delete your account for you.
What happens when you delete
- Your account and login are permanently deleted.
- Your profile, properties and financial records are removed.
- You won’t be able to sign in or recover your data.
- We keep only what the law requires, such as billing records, and an anonymous record that the deletion happened.
Before you delete
Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play? Deleting your account doesn’t cancel that subscription. Please cancel it in your store account first, so you’re not charged again.
How long it takes
We’ll respond within 7 days and complete your deletion within 30 days.

We’ve emailed you a confirmation, and we’ll be in touch within 7 days.
Once your deletion is complete, we remove the details of this request within 30 days.
